The Furutech DPS 4.1 audiophile Australian approved mains power cable raw cable is designed with a 79 / 0.18α-OCC conductor, a 37 / 0.18α-DUCC conductor as well as a 42 / 0.18α-DUCC conductor. DUCC (Ultra Crystallized High Purity Copper) conductors are supplied and tested by Mitsubishi Materials Industries (the world's leading manufacturer of highest purity oxygen-free copper). This extremely pure material is processed with a technology meant to optimize crystal alignment while reducing crystal grain juxtapositions, resulting in an extremely efficient conductor.

The OCC conductors are the result of a further treatment with the Alpha Super Cryogenic and Demagnetizing treatment. They benefit from a straight alignment where its more massive "fibrous" crystals have an increased length in order to create the fewest crystalline junctions possible. The entire cable is insulated with an internal Fluoropolymer layer and an external polyethylene layer. Finally, a copper foil shielding with braided OFC copper makes it possible to reject interference and preserve the audio qualities of your devices as much as possible.
