Terms of Service, Warranty, Shipping & Returns
ITEMS ARE LOCATED AT OUR AUSTRALIA WAREHOUSE UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE ON ALL ORDERS. AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS SHIPPING CAN BE ARRANGED BY CONTACTING OUR STAFF.
Audiophile Store prides itself on customer service and prompt delivery. We use Couriers Please or Australia Post for all of our delivery's.
All orders are shipped complete, you will be updated on the status of your order. Goods are dispatched within 24 hours from time of order (excluding Weekends and Public holidays) with exception of incorrect or incomplete postage address (at this point we will contact you to correct), custom made or specialty items, or as otherwise noted in the product description.
Please note - that your order may be delayed if it fails 3rd party security check which we have in place to protect you, our customer and us the merchant.

DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We delivery to physical addresses within Australia, please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address with clear instructions for the courier to leave the item in a safe place, we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing due to incorrect delivery address information.

Please Note: We only ship to Australia.
WARRENTY ON GOODS
* We offer 15 days local replacement warranty on defective or damaged goods, please contact us and we will provide you with return instructions.
* We offer up to 2 year's manufacturer warranty on goods, this is subject to inspection and provided that the fault is not caused by misuse of the product.
Defective items are elidable for replacement for 15 days from date of purchase *provided the fault is not of your causing, item is returned complete and in full with box and accessories.
Terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty apply to defective items after 15 days. It may be a requirement to return the defective goods directly to the distributor, manufacturer, or an accredited service agent.
Please do not send Audiophile Store any items that do not meet the return criteria listed above. They will be freighted back to the customer at their own cost. Please choose carefully as Audiophile Store cannot exchange products or provide refund for change of heart reasons after the package has been opened. We pride ourselves on only selling brand new unopened products.
Audiophile Store will notify you via email when your replacement item is ready to be shipped, this is after we have received and inspected your returned item.
If a refund has been deemed necessary it will be made within 5 business days of Audiophile Store receiving your return in the form of the original payment method.
PAYMENTS WITH AFTERPAY
We attract a 6% fee from afterpay payments regardless of whether we refund the item or continue with the sale, therefor any change of mind cancelations of orders made with afterpay will be refunded minus the 6% fee.
SALES AND PROMOTIONS
Sales and promotions are special events where we may put certain items on sale, we hold the right to refuse cancelation of orders made prior to a sale event, as well as refunding or discounting orders made prior to a sale event if the intention is in order to claim the sale discount.
MAKING A RETURN
To return goods, you will need to: Ensure that your items meet the return requirements of the Audiophile Store return policy listed above.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the reason for your return. Please include your full contact details purchase information including invoice number, and date purchased.
Wait for a reply email from Audiophile Store giving you approval and a 'Returns Authority' number for your return.
Write down the supplied 'Returns Authority' number on a copy of the invoice of the items and include this with your return.

Note: To prevent your return from being lost or damaged in the post. Please ensure you send your items via a protected satchel or box suitable for mail or courier transport that can be tracked, please keep tracking number handy if required and it is recommended you have adequate mailing insurance cover. Audiophile Store will not be held responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during transit of a return.
