FREE AUSTRALIA POST SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS

LOCAL AUSTRALIA WARRANTY

 

We offer free shipping for all orders via Australia Post with optional Express Post service selected at checkout. Australia post limits weight to 20 kg, Amerax is used for some items and items over 20 kg.

You will be updated on the status of your order from start to finish and can track your order at any time via the link that will be emailed to you on checkout. Goods are dispatched within 5 to 72 hours from time of order and shipped from our Melbourne Australia Warehouse unless stated otherwise in product description. Standard Australia Post delivery time frames apply with express shipments given priority. Exceptions to this are If incorrect or incomplete postage address is provided (at this point we will contact you to correct), and custom made to order or specialty items that may be delayed for dispatch until work is complete, we will notify you in advance and give you a time frame for completion. In the instance where stock has recently depleted prior to replenishment or where parts become unavailable; we will contact you to advise on the situation and provide you with several options including option for a full and immediate refund made back to the original payment method used to place the order. Please note - that your order may be delayed if it fails 3rd party security check which we have in place to protect you, our customer and us the merchant.

DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We delivery to physical addresses and PO boxes within Australia, please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address with clear instructions for the courier to leave the item in a safe place, we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing due to incorrect delivery address information. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We use standard International shipping with delivery estimates of 5-18 business days

When buying from us you are covered under Australian Consumer Guarantee see - (ACCC

  • We buy direct and operate independently
  • Local Australian repair centres for peace of mind

We offer Local Australia Warranty on ALL goods purchased from our store for a period determined as reasonable for the product category under the Australian consumer guarantee guidelines. All warranty returns and repairs are carried out within Australia.

We also adhere to any additional manufacturers warranty conditions and if these conditions extend beyond our warranty period we will help you to facilitate the return process following all conditions set by manufacturer.

We offer ongoing support for the life of the product so please call or email with any questions or concerns. 

RETURNS POLICY

If your item is defective with a fault not of your causing please contact us via email: place your order number and 'defective item' in the subject heading and within the email content provide as much details of the issue as possible. After we review we will respond either by email or phone to discuss issue with you and if we cannot resolve the problem facilitate a return process. You will also be provided with a return authorisation form that must be printed and placed in the box with the returned item/s along with a description of the problem. 

Please do not send Audiophile Store any items that do not meet the return criteria listed above. They may be lost due to being unidentifiable or freighted back to the customer at their own cost. Please choose carefully as Audiophile Store cannot exchange products or provide refund for change of heart reasons after the package has been opened. We pride ourselves on only selling brand new unopened products.

Audiophile Store will notify you via email when your replacement item is ready to be shipped, this is after we have received and inspected your returned item.

Note: To prevent your return from being lost or damaged in the post. Please ensure you send your items via a protected satchel or box suitable for mail or courier transport that can be tracked, please keep tracking number handy if required and it is recommended you have adequate mailing insurance cover. Audiophile Store will not be held responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during transit of a return.

REFUND POLICY 

If you place an order and have a change of mind prior to item being shipped we are more than happy to refund you, please keep in mind that some payment providers charge transaction fees regardless of whether the order is fulfilled or refunded, therefore we will refund the total amount minus transaction fees. We do not provide refunds after the product has been shipped and pride ourselves on selling only brand new unopened stock. 

SALES AND PROMOTIONS

Sales and promotions are special events where we may put certain items on sale, we hold the right to refuse cancelation of orders made prior to a sale event, as well as refunding or discounting orders made prior to a sale event if the intention is in order to claim the sale discount.
