TERMS OF SERVICE

WE OFFER FREE EXPRESS* SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE ON ALL ORDERS.

A.L.A. Audio prides itself on customer service and prompt delivery. As such we only ship out using Express* delivery. We use Australia Post’s Express Post eParcel* service for deliveries.

All orders are shipped complete, and you will be updated on the status of your order. If payment is received before 1:00pm Melbourne time (excluding Weekends and Public holidays) goods are dispatched within 1 Business day.

Please note - that your order may be delayed if it fails 3rd party security check which we have in place to protect you, our customer and us the merchant.

DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We delivery to physical addresses within Australia, along with PO Boxes. You will need to provide identification and sign for the delivery. When delivering to physical addresses goods cannot be left without a signature.

Once payment is confirmed and cleared*, your order will ship the order within 1 Business days, providing all items are in stock, and your order is received by 1:00 pm on business days. 

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

Please Note: We only ship to Australia.

RETURNS POLICY

Defective items will be replaced with a like item, upon return.
Terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty apply to defective items after 7 days. It may be a requirement to return the defective goods directly to the distributor, manufacturer, or an accredited service agent.

We do not accept returns for refund or account credit of:
Any items returned more than 7 days after the shipment date.
Any items that have been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap, security seal tampered), unsealed or non-defective.

Any items not in their original condition, are damaged, have been used, or are missing parts.
Please do not send A.L.A. Audio any items that do not meet the return criteria listed above. They will be freighted back to the customer at their own cost. Please choose carefully as A.L.A. Audio cannot exchange products for change of heart reasons. We pride ourselves on only selling brand new unopened products.

Should you return items that were placed using a promotional code, discount or offer, you will not be refunded for the amount of the code, discount or offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

A.L.A. Audio will notify you via email of your store credit once we have received and processed your returned items. Refunds will be made within 5 business days of ALA Audio recieving your return in the form of the original payment method.

MAKING A RETURN

To return goods, you will need to:
Ensure that your items meet the return requirements of the A.L.A. Audio return policy listed above.
Send an email to ewizard.commerce@gmail.com detailing the reason for your return. Please include your full contact details purchase information including invoice number, and date purchased.
Wait for a reply email from A.L.A. Audio giving you approval and a 'Returns Authority' number for your return.
Write down the supplied 'Returns Authority' number on a copy of the invoice of the items and include this with your return.

Note: To prevent your return from being lost or damaged in the post. Please ensure you send your items via a protected satchel or box suitable for mail or courier transport that can be tracked and you have adequate insurance cover. A.L.A. Audio will not be held responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during a return.
