If you have need DX3 Pro cooperate with an amplifier or active speakers, you can set output mode of it to be preamplifier, then you can decode and adjust volume in DX3 Pro. The remote of it will help your operate more easily.

DAC application
When you only need a simple DAC, you can set DX3 Pro's output mode to be DAC, then it could served as a simple DAC,screen will display current sampling rate and volume will keep outputting 2Vrms.
